The dashboard is one curated page. Each block has its own visual identity:
  • Top bar — brand + status pills (gateway / mesh / roosts / peers / readiness) + a ⌘K quick-run focus button + the gateway URL.
  • Hero — a single sentence describing live mesh state, composed from observed data.
  • Quick run — inline command bar (driver/model/mode chips, a $ mono input, ⌘↩ to fire, output appears in place).
  • Activity feed + mesh strip — chronological event log on the left, node + peer cards on the right.
  • Audit posture — one oversized number framing the four release-blocking gates.
  • Gateway footer — sticky thin URL editor with save / test pills.
Keyboard shortcuts: ⌘K (focus quick-run), ⌘R (refresh sweep), ⌘↩ (fire quick-run from inside the input).
